I tape these up around the room so it is easy to remember what move you are supposed to be doing. Each station is 90 secs and you will be doing three rounds.
In order to know when to switch, download the free app call IntervalTimer. You then set it to 1:30 for each interval and it will "ding" above your music playing over the iPhone.
